Microbiological Testing
Tests for bacteria and microbial contamination to ensure product safety.

FDA Submission
Orsolab submits the application, test results, and documentation to the FDA for review.
Timeline: 1 week
FDA Approval
FDA reviews and issues the Certificate of Product Notification (CPN) or License to Operate (LTO). You can now sell your product legally.

Formulation and Sampling
If you choose private label, we send samples of existing formulas. If you choose contract manufacturing, we develop a custom formula and send samples for approval. Sampling takes 2-4 weeks.
Production and FDA Registration
Once the formula is approved, we start production. FDA registration happens in parallel. First production run: 6-10 weeks for private label, 10-16 weeks for contract manufacturing.
Delivery and Launch
Your finished product is delivered to your warehouse or fulfillment center. You receive all FDA documentation, Certificates of Analysis, and product labels. You are ready to sell.
