Manufacturing Formats
Orsolab manufactures products in the following formats: liquid, cream, gel, emulsion, serum, and lotion. We do not manufacture food products, powders, tablets, or capsules. All products are manufactured at our FDA-licensed, GMP-certified facility in Tanza, Cavite, Philippines.
Regulatory Compliance
All products manufactured at Orsolab comply with Philippine FDA requirements. Our facility holds an FDA License to Operate as a Cosmetics Manufacturer and an FDA License to Operate as a Household and Urban Hazardous Substances (HUHS) Manufacturer. We are also GMP-certified, ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest international quality and safety standards.
Minimum Order and Timeline
Our minimum order is 250kg per SKU across all product categories. Production timelines are 30 to 45 working days after sample approval and downpayment. Sample development takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on product complexity.
